Onboarding & Contractor Administration
We'll ensure all your contractors have a smooth and simple onboarding experience. Once a contractor is hired, all you have to do is submit their details to Oncore, and that will trigger off a seamless onboarding process through an easy-to-use, online platform. This keeps everything in a secure, easy-to-access system and allows you to automatically register contractors for other onboarding tasks as required to ensure they are ready to start work, such as;
- Right-to-Work Checks
- Workplace Health & Safety Inductions
- Police Checks
Online Timesheets
We'll compliantly pay your workers and manage super and expenses
We administer and process all your contractors’ payroll. This includes the calculation and distribution of PAYG tax and superannuation and payments to Pty Ltd contractors. Each contractor is given access to our portal to view their personal and payroll details and can view and print compliant pay slips as required. They can also use the portal to update any of their personal details. The payroll is processed at the frequency advised at the beginning of each contract, such as fortnightly or monthly.
People Management

A key component of our CMO service is also the management of the contractors from a people and process perspective, including the management of WH&S claims, performance management and personal support. This includes a robust termination and offboarding process.

Risk & Compliance
We maintain up to date records on Workplace Health and Safety inductions via WorkPro, as well as Police Checks and background checks.
We also constantly audit our Pty Ltd Engagements for current Certificate of currencies for Workcover, PI & PL.
We regularly VEVO check contractors who engage under various VISA types.
Manage extensions, terminations and offboarding
As and when required, Oncore can manage worker extension, terminations and offboarding workflows. We can support our processes and/or can work with what your processes are for these. With data on workers available in your portal, you can easily and quickly recontact and re-engage a worker with Oncore able to support you in this matter.
