Tony Keane, Chairman of Oncore’s Board has announced the formal appointment of Damian Bridge as new Chief Executive Officer.
Damian has been acting in the role since January and has done an outstanding job getting the business aligned to a clear strategic plan that will see Oncore grow operationally, financially and with a focus on our people and customers.
He was officially sworn in after a 6 month period, but it comes as no surprise to Oncore’s leaders and staff.
Damian came to Oncore in February last year as our Global Client Solutions Manager where he quickly helped to build upon our client and contractor base and developed market-leading business development strategies. Damian has over 15 years working in Executive level roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Skilled Group and CEO of BDS People.
“We’re really fortunate to gain a leader with Damian’s experience, talent and vision. The Board are confident that Damian is the best person to lead Oncore into the future, building and promoting our market-leading contractor solutions business here and internationally.” Tony Keane, Oncore Board Chairman.
Under Damian’s leadership this year, Oncore has undergone a full rebrand and implemented a strategic plan for growth.
Damian says he is “committed to the goals of this company. Our aim is to create freedom for our clients while continuously improving our culture and making Oncore the best place to work.”
Damian grew up in Melbourne, studied at Swinburne University of Technology and was a keen cricketer in his earlier years. As a Melbourne local, he follows AFL and is an Essendon supporter. Damian has two children and is married to Larissa.
