Allianz faced several challenges before implementing Simplexity, including a lack of real-time visibility into contractor numbers and spending, inefficient management of contractor timesheets and invoices, and multiple manual touchpoints. To address these challenges and streamline their processes, Allianz collaborated with Oncore to create a bespoke "Standardised Timesheet Platform & Automated Invoice Processing" solution.

Key features of this innovative solution include a real-time single view of all Allianz contingent workers, standardised e-timesheeting, multi-sequential approvals, consolidated invoicing for faster payments, and automation of cost allocation management. These improvements have led to significant time savings, cost optimisation, enhanced user experiences, and improved risk mitigation.

Measuring Impact and Achieving Results

Over the past 12 months, the impact of Simplexity at Allianz has been profound. The solution has resulted in substantial financial savings, with millions of dollars annually avoided, and a minimum of 2000 working hours per year saved in business productivity.
