Key features of this innovative solution include a real-time single view of all Allianz contingent workers, standardised e-timesheeting, multi-sequential approvals, consolidated invoicing for faster payments, and automation of cost allocation management. These improvements have led to significant time savings, cost optimisation, enhanced user experiences, and improved risk mitigation.
Measuring Impact and Achieving Results
Over the past 12 months, the impact of Simplexity at Allianz has been profound. The solution has resulted in substantial financial savings, with millions of dollars annually avoided, and a minimum of 2000 working hours per year saved in business productivity. Allianz has also seen enhanced cost optimisation, improved budget forecasting, and a simplified contractor management and payment process that has garnered positive feedback from agency suppliers.
Simplexity has strengthened Allianz's cost management, risk, compliance, and governance frameworks, reducing the risk of payroll errors. User experiences have been significantly enhanced, and a remarkable 99% timesheet accuracy has been achieved. The worker Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67 further demonstrates the solution's success.
